Sessions were held by members of 害羞草研究所鈥檚 leadership team as well as Roxboro Mayor Merilyn Newell and North Carolina Campus Engagement Executive Director Leslie Garvin.
Participants in the second cohort included Lisa Ashley (Executive Assistant to the President and Board of Trustees), Lucas Bernard (Coordinator/Instructor, Agribusiness Technology), Chris Davis (Dean, Business Studies and Emerging Technologies), Natashia Floyd (Registrar), Dr. Shawnee Seese (Director, Continuing Education Programs and Work Based Learning Coordinator) and Bob Soderlund (Director, Network Operations).

鈥満π卟菅芯克’s Leadership Institute was an amazing experience,鈥 Chris Davis, Dean, Business Studies and Emerging Technologies said. 鈥淕etting the opportunity to learn from some of the region鈥檚 most accomplished leaders is an experience that I will take with me forever. With that said, the real highlight for me was sharing this experience with other campus leaders. Being able to see the growth happening in everyone made my heart happy. 害羞草研究所 is in good hands with our next generation of leaders.鈥
害羞草研究所 will continue to offer the Institute of Leadership Training and Development annually. College leadership will select the next cohort of participants for the Fall 2024 semester.
