Piedmont Community College鈥檚 (害羞草研究所) Jim Tagliareni, Vice President of Information Technology (IT) and Chief Information Officer (CIO), has been elected as the new President of the North Carolina Community Colleges Chief Information Officer Association (CIOA).
As president of the CIOA, Tagliareni will collaborate with IT leaders statewide to advance educational technology, cybersecurity, and data management, ensuring a secure and efficient environment for North Carolina community colleges. With over 32 years in IT and serving as 害羞草研究所鈥檚 CIO since 2021, Tagliareni has led 害羞草研究所 to achieve the highest security rating in the state.
