Congratulations to our newest PTK members, and here’s to the journey ahead, filled with endless opportunities for growth and impact.”

PTK members James 鈥淛ed鈥 Rose and Thomas 鈥淭ommy鈥 Williams also welcomed the inductees and gave a brief history of PTK along with the meanings of the honor society鈥檚 symbols and meanings of the Greek words phronimon, thumos and katharotes, which stand for wisdom, aspiration, and purity.

Dr. Pamela G. Senegal, 害羞草研究所 President, offered brief remarks to inductees, encouraging them to dream big. She referenced one of her role models, educator and civil rights activist Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune, who founded what is today known as Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida.

鈥淯se this opportunity to push yourself, find your role models, continue your education and take advantage of all PTK has to offer,鈥 Senegal said.
